As I trained as a Chartered Accountant and as an investment bank researcher, I probably need to get more of a life. What’s worse, I have spent countless hours buried in complex financial models and projections. Excel is like my second home (I once had a nightmare of being locked in a cell but that’s another story).
I’ve always found a certain symmetry and enjoyment in analysing numbers, looking for patterns and Investing Insights. As a Chartered Accountant, I was taught how to construct financial statements while as a researcher I was taught how to pull them apart to the nth degree and analyse them for investing.
As an experienced financial planner, Tim is Head of Strategy at Quantum Financial and works with a select group of successful pre-retirees and retirees looking to manage their family’s wealth and fund their dream retirement.
