Work with Tim

While Tim’s ideal clients come from various, exciting backgrounds, they share common traits.

Enjoy working with you

First and foremost, they are enjoyable and fun to work with. They lead fascinating and busy lives, ask intelligent questions, willingly delegate and are motivated to follow our professional advice. They value the teamwork and accountability that comes from a structured plan of action.

Unabashedly not the cheapest

Tim’s ideal clients know he doesn’t offer the cheapest service but they also know they receive true value and unbiased advice that is in their best interests. They understand the value of true professionals and are willing to compensate them for their expertise and for advice they can trust. Many clients look to us as a sounding board for their family’s most important financial decisions.

Advice in your best interests

They seek independent and ethical advice, not advice that is aligned with any product provider. Our ideal clients want to hear the truth, not a sales pitch for products or insurance. They appreciate the clarity and simplicity that come from working with a trusted advisor.

Transparency

Tim’s ideal clients seek simplicity, clarity and structure in advice and the fees they pay. They want to know the transparent, fixed fee and the value they will receive before committing to our service.

Long term relationship

Tim’s clients are willing to commit to a long term personal relationship with an advisor they trust will always act in their best interests.

Existing adviser

Many of Tim’s new clients have an existing advisor and are seeking a fresh perspective, a more tailored service and investing insights.

Self Managed Super Fund expert

Tim is an SMSF specialist, so his ideal clients approaching retirement typically either have an SMSF or aspire to have one.

Tim’s clients refer Tim

As a family practice, Tim’s ideal clients introduce and recommend his services to their friends and family members. Tim looks after their family and, in turn, our clients look after him.

Not right for everyone

Unabashedly, Tim serves only a limited number of clients and provides them with the highest level of service.

If Tim judges that he cannot add more value to a client’s circumstances than his fees, then up-front he will say so. He needs to know with confidence that any relationship he enters into will be win/win for both the client and Tim.

We avoid dealing with people who micro-manage, have unrealistic expectations and who are do-it-yourself types. We also do not offer ‘one-off’ financial planning services. If we judge it will not be a good fit when we first meet then we will be totally honest and decline to offer our tailored Service Agreement.

Tim loves what he does

Tim loves working with his ideal clients and he truly believes he serves the most amazing, diverse and interesting families.  He loves building relationships with his clients’ families and serve multiple generations and branches of the same family.

If the above resonates with you and if you’re seeking to build and protect your family’s wealth while grappling with challenges and uncertainty, make the smart decision to contact Tim today.
