Who are our clients – Our ideal older clients are 60 or over who are transitioning to or already enjoying their retirement. Our ideal younger clients are business owners, senior executives and professionals aged 45-60. We have a large number of medical professional clients who have proven to be great clients. Many of our ideal clients are leaders in their own fields and they seek advisors who are also recognised leaders.
Transparency – Our ideal clients seek simplicity, clarity and structure in advice and the fees they pay. They want to know the transparent, fixed fee and the value they will receive before committing to our service.
Long term relationship – Our clients are willing to commit to a long term personal relationship with an advisor they trust will always act in their best interests.
Existing adviser – Many of our new clients have an existing advisor and are seeking a fresh perspective, a more tailored service and investing insights.
Self Managed Super Fund experts – Quantum Financial are SMSF specialists, so our ideal clients approaching retirement typically either have an SMSF or aspire to have one.
Our clients refer us – As a family practice, our ideal clients introduce and recommend our service to their friends and family members. Our family looks after their family and, in turn, our clients look after us.
We’re not right for everyone – Unabashedly, we serve only a limited number of clients and provide them with the highest level of service.
If we judge that we cannot add more value to a client’s circumstances than our fees, then up-front we say so. We need to know with confidence that any relationship we enter into will be win/win for both the client and us.
We avoid dealing with people who micro-manage, have unrealistic expectations and who are do-it-yourself types. We also do not offer ‘one-off’ financial planning services. If we judge it will not be a good fit when we first meet then we will be totally honest and decline to offer our tailored Service Agreement.
